Insulation is a critical component of your home.  Efficient and effective insulation reduces energy costs and makes your home or business environment healthier, quieter, and more comfortable.

Therma-Lok's spray foam insulation beats old fashioned fiberglass or blown insulation.  Spray foam insulation:

  • Has a higher R value per inch than other types of insulation
  • Fills all voids to prevent air infiltration and drafts
  • Expands completely to insulate all cavities and awkward spaces not filled by old fashioned insulation
  • Bonds to almost any surface
  • Will not shift, settle, or shrink over time like old fashioned insulation
  • Is the insulation choice for green builders because it is environmentally friendly
  • Saves money on energy bills
  • Reduces noise infiltration
Therma-Lok Spray Foam Insulation is a great insulation choice for:
  • New residential construction
  • Commercial & industrial building
  • Metal sheds
  • Storage buildings
  • Cold & Freezer Storage Facilities
  • Sun rooms
  • Flotation devices
  • Home remodeling & additions
  • Warehouses
  • Barns & stables
  • Storage tanks
  • Apartment complexes
  • Garage insulation
  • Interior wall sound reduction

Note: As of Feb. 1st 2011 code requires that all open attics and crawl spaces must be sprayed with an approved 15 minute ignition barrier or thermal barrier. Thermal and ignition barriers differ in their application depending on what the structure will be used for and where the HVAC system is located. Therma-Lok provides an estimate for installing the barrier along with our foam installation bid. If the homeowner chooses not to apply the ignition coating, we require the homeowner to sign a disclosure certificate stating that they have been informed of the code requirement and that Therma-lok assumes no future liability for uncoated exposed attic foam after install.
